Just last year, Hirohiko Araki finished up JoJolion, the eighth and most recent part of his long-running epic JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
Concerning the adventures of a strange man given the name Josuke Higashikata in an alternate universe Morioh, the eighth part finished with an inconclusive ending that left a few plot points open. While the major conflict of JoJolion is resolved, it is obvious that there is a lot left to clear up.
After the conclusion of Part 8, Araki announced that after a short hiatus he would soon be back with Part 9, which he has tentatively named JOJOLANDS. Many fans were certainly already expecting a ninth part, especially after the open-ended conclusion of JoJolion.
However, what the new series is about is not exactly certain. While there are not really a lot of clues with which fans can use to theorize over what the ninth part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure will be, there's a little bit of information here and there that can help out.

A Reddit post that has been described as the "split face diving accident" online has gone viral on social media. Although the story and gruesome video were uploaded 13 years ago, netizens seem to have caught on to the old post recently. The story was uploaded on Reddit many years ago by platform user u/zombiedub. It had amassed 93% of upvotes at the time of writing this article. The horrific accident involving a 16-year-old Beirut resident reportedly occurred in June 2009. The diving accident included a teenager attempting to take a dive off the Manara Promenade, located right across from the American University.
