Kevin Love's nine-year run with the Cleveland Cavaliers reportedly is coming to an end.
The Cavaliers and Love are finalizing a contract buyout that would make the five-time All-Star a free agent, The Athletic and ESPN reported Thursday.
Love, 34, is making $28.9 million in the final season of the four-year, $120.4 million extension he signed with the Cavaliers in July 2018. Love is the last remaining member of Cleveland's 2016 championship winning team.
The Miami Heat are expected to emerge as a top suitor for Love, per The Athletic.
